New season stylish blouses

For someone who has lived in dresses, tunics, and tops for years, with only the occasional wardrobe, I found myself obsessed with blouses. Yes, you heard it right. I keep imagining myself looking chic but a little idiosyncrasy like the photo below (Garance Dore).
